The wasteWOIMA® power plant design is continuously developed and upgraded to ensure that it meets the requirements of all the latest directives and regulations, as well as to enhance its productivity. The upgrades address both hardware and software of the plant. Hardware improvements offer more durable materials, longer lifespan components and better-functioning equipment. Software upgrades enhance the efficiency and output of the plant by improving the incineration process, flue gas flow and power generation.
Together they reduce the maintenance needs and prolong the expected lifespan of the plant, as well as minimize its environmental impact.
Existing installations benefit from this development work through upgrade packages that are installed during annual maintenance or online. Standardizing the wasteWOIMA® power plant fleet across the globe will also enable WOIMA to offer better quality support to all customers.
