WOIMA power plants create jobs
The wasteWOIMA power plants are built in the midst of an existing infrastructure, in places where there are people and industry. Naturally, a power plant built in a village or town creates jobs around it. The power plant requires maintenance, servicing, users and other measures of support. This way we create new jobs in the area, as well as the power plant.
The waste WOIMA power plant requires a local workforce to run it. We train the locals to become skilful technicians for the power plant to ensure that the plant continues working efficiently after its commissioning. Locals may also find jobs in the companies arising around the power plant.
